You might be better served with seeing how Rivian does with their upcoming fleet of Amazon delivery vans.  I’m rooting for them to succeed.

It’s a new issue to deal with as far as vehicle failure but hardly a deal breaker.  Either a $3-400 chip replacement or a $2500+ MCU repair.  Gas vehicles have similar failure costs over time.  Not excusing the issue and it should definitely be recalled/taken care of by Tesla for owners, but not really a deal breaker…

I keep beating this drum - where are the performance non-luxury EVs at? Besides the Model 3, there’s literally nothing else that’s EV/PHEV and in the range of affordable, which offers some level of performance. I get that EV tech is expensive but that shouldn’t mean that every EV should be a SUV/CUV/luxury marque.

Another SUV.  Where are the fast, fun EVs that aren’t some sort of SUV/CUV/luxury brand?  Only the Tesla 3 AWD comes to mind.

Tell me this looks frumpy. It drives fantastic, swallows everything you put into it, and in PHEV mode gets you 30 miles on electric only.  People need to get tf over it, stop buying SUVs and get with the minivan.

Same experience - went to a Toys R us, put my face into the viewer and gave up immediately.  VR today is light years ahead...if only I could find a store that demo’ed PSVR
