I would agree that becoming upset at Lamar Odom’s inclusion in Dirt Bag is an overreaction. But Muhammad Ali does not belong here. His death is not gossip, nor mere “overnight news.”

Thank you. While I do think it’s important to discuss misogyny and inequality in the entertainment industry, Jennifer Lawrence and her experience is absolutely no comparison to every female in my actual life. I’m so glad this is being discussed. I have worked in recruiting and HR in the past. Women fighting for extra…
The whole “fight harder” thing is really inappropriate. They have people to do it for them. And when I am fighting, face-to-face with an employer, to be the person they pick for an office job it certainly does not benefit me to “fight harder.” Be it for an extra dollar an hour or healthcare (non-existent from my very…
After my pregnancy, I’ve moved to a size 16 and have had the hardest time finding clothes that fit me. I actually “ran into” Lands End just last week in a last ditch effort to find new clothes in Sears. All I remembered from Lands End is the catalogue my mom used to get.
I was cracking up (or cringing in a good way) almost the entire time. The “Obama’s hair is so white it says all lives matter” killed me. And the part about Morning Joe was so incredibly real. Don Lemon actually handled it the best in my opinion. Yes he flipped him off but it was obviously in a joking way.
I can’t help wondering how many guys with that reaction don’t have any sisters, because growing up with two got me used to the less glamorous aspects of female biology pretty quickly.
I realize this comment relates to one of the least interesting parts of this dog-and-pony show, but:

This looks awesome. Germany has owned this terrible history and taught it in their schools to make sure it never happens again. Germany has done a better job than most countries, really. America hasn’t taught and owned the terrible history of slavery and native genocide with the completeness that Germany has.
You realize he’s been talking batshit crazy since the ‘80s, right?
I believe I can fly!
“ because I believe it” is not a valid argument. Just thought you should know.
OMG, please the murderous rage in me was boiling, but it was a 45 minute flight so I figured I’d let it slide and RUN when we got to the ground. I had my HEADPHONES IN!!! He tapped me to ask an innocuous flight question, and then jumped into his testimony. I tried to pump the breaks SO MANY Times. I’m not even…
I find it interesting that with all these girls putting together these The South 2015, brands or whatever, they’re always cutting out black people. As if black people don’t live in the south/ haven’t contributed greatly to southern culture in its current landscape. #sippintea
You know what I miss? Her amazing/horrible line of edible sparkling body creams.
I take the Lexington Avenue 6 all the time and from 3pm on, it's insanely crowded in both directions, even on weekends. There are often eight minute waits between trains during peak hours, and when the train does come, it's too full to get on.
