If I could have V8 in FF I wouldn't bother with Chrome. It makes web apps much much better.

@warped2049: Scored a 74 I think which is a bit higher than FF3.
I've landed more "real" inquiries through my blog and linkedin profile than I have with my resume. Definitely worth considering if you're on the hunt.
Yeah the font size is pretty annoying. It has potential but it lacks things that one might ask for in a desktop app - like user switching, some tabs on the interface, etc. Right now it's hard to look at and is a pain to use.
@scokar: Yeah I mostly go to them for the fact that they have paper back text books. I'd rather not be throwing a giant heavy text book into my bag when a paper back would do just as well.
@Ramen Junkie: You can call them to activate. They rarely give you a hard time - it's just hard to understand them sometimes.
@Duane: "Normally I'd just look it up on google"
@pratik5705: Agreed. I use it on my work PC for a lot of stuff but in order for me to get any real utility out of it I'd need it for my Mac. MS has said that a suitable replacement is the notebook view in Word. I say their wrong.
@thisisasignin: Real workers have a coffee maker at their desk.
My friend showed me this on his iPhone the other day. It was the first time I saw something on an iPhone I really wish I'd had for my blackberry.
We had one in my old house. It was great - but you need to use it properly.
You need to start networking and following people (and getting them to follow you) in order to appreciate twitter. I've gotten lots of great advice, insight into problems I'm having, and even some invites to services and stuff of those sorts.
Not only do I trust the cloud... I embrace it.
My big problem with this a few months ago was that it consumed enormous amounts of memory. Does it still do that?
It actually says in the Launchy documentation that you need to do this. You also need to do this for Quicksilver on the Mac to be able to take advantage of your FF bookmarks.
@badco/LoJ: They've always used a 4 speed auto in the imprezas for as long as I can remember. Subaru's 4EAT is quite a bit stronger than the 5 speed they put in the WRX.
This thing has been around forever haha. Still, it's one of those things I take for granted since it's on nearly every server I remote into in the office.
Awesome. I have been working on an application to do this for me... then boom here is one ready for me to use.
I dunno about everyone else, but I think RSS could replace a few of the president's advisers.
I made the mistake of signing up for freecreditreport... I didn't even get all 3 credit reports - just one. I had to go to the others separately which was nothing short of annoying. Then I had to get out of that service that FCR forces on you for free for 90 days.
