Resellers have been ruining hot wheels collecting for decades. This is nothing new.

I’ll tolerate a subscription on a feature that is constantly getting updated... like traffic camera or speed trap updates. You can also get by without those at all. But paying a subscription for hardware features that don’t need regular updates is gonna be a pass for me.

Problem is Toyota made such a huge bet on hydrogen and failed to acknowledge that the infrastructure for that doesn’t really exist outside of their bubble and the world was moving to EVs. They never were pioneers in the automotive space but I do think they are way behind on EVs and even their hybrid offerings lag

I’d be a little happier with the low payouts if there was a way to grind a bit more. As it stands, doing too much makes it more likely that you’ll lose all your money getting busted by the cops.

New York took forever too. The updated license they did years ago didn’t even comply. They just updated it again recently to line up with the requirements.

Literally came here to say this.

Isn’t the statute of limitations 10 years on wire fraud? Whole thing should be thrown out. Just let him keep it.

No idea why this comment got posted on the wrong article.

Just going through this now with trying to get 2 new cars... Audi, Porsche, and VW dealers in the area are the worst of the bunch with a minimum 10% markup over sticker. Anything with an RS is like 60k over sticker. That’s a whole ass car in markup and that stuff is just sitting there in the show room.

A few years ago I had the plate mounting location shaved off completely on my car to clean up that weird rectangle thing. Manufactures just need to offer a mounting solution that doesn’t look like total ass but it should be optional instead of built into the bumper.

I had an STI that had two problems. One, it consumed a ton of oil for no apparent reason and two the ABS light would come on at highway speeds. I replaced the offending ABS sensor (not cheap) and the light kept coming on and the dealer couldn’t figure it out either but I just kinda lived with it. The oil consumption

VW? Caddy? What are you talking about?

The carrier almost certainly paid in that case.

The headline on this article is misleading. PGP isn’t compromised. This is a specific attack on email clients that utilize PGP and S/MIME for encrypted HTML emails. The vulnerability still requires you to decrypt HTML emails in an online computer in order for any exfiltration to work.

Yep. Literally no one wanted what we have now. It sucks.

Yep. They really are my favorite wheel.

Pretty sure I saw a lot of people eating out in the street in Japan. Lawson has plenty of food you can snack on, on the go. Literally had no idea this was considered rude.

Bottom of the screen, as small as possible. This allows me to get better use of the width of the screen for code/terminal.

Idk but that’s what the article says. They dismantle the cars presumably to sell the parts.

They dismantle the cars and sell the parts.
