because stealing is very fun
because stealing is very fun
Seriously, this was by far the stupidest decision they made with Starfield. Most planets are procedurally generated, with a set list of pre-made assets to use and re-use (I’ve come across the same abandoned mine on two separate planets). What the hell is there for us to slow down and experience? Give us a damn rover…
Honestly, you really shouldn’t do this.
Seriously, thanks for this comment. I’ve been on the fence about Starfield, now think I’m going to forgo it for a while. I know Bethesda games are not the most story/character driven game (I’ll play DA:O or ME if I want that), but I love Bethesda games (notably Skyrim) just because of the joy of exploring and…
Harder to play and also just significantly less joyful. Menuing is not exploration. There is no “ooh whats that over there” impulse except when you’re literally within cities. Something is either placed directly on your lap, or you have to just pick a location from a menu and hope there might be something interesting…
Not fond of the constant resting.
Five years later, Final Fantasy VII Remake still hasn’t been ported to the platform.
It’s funny, there was one bit that struck me as very Deus Ex, very im-sim. It was the fact that a lot of the building for various fixer missions had many, many ways of approaching them and doing the mission.
The reason anyone uses upscaling is to improve performance
The big issue is FSR is trash compared to DLSS. Absolute garbage. AMD should be embarrassed at how poor their tech performs.
It’s not “a bit better” - FSR might as well not even exist in comparison.
They lost NOTHING. There was a chance they might be handed some more money. They didn’t get it. Oh well. That’s a net change of zero dollars.
At the rate games are coming out lately, we should see a sequel to cyberpunk 2077 in... about 50 ish years.
he stole shit to resell? protip dont do crime and brag unless you ready for that heat. thats basics.
It wasn’t a leak, insofar as a developer or a reviewer breaking an embargo, it was (allegedly) a straight-up theft of physical copies of the game and reselling them for profit.
That’s fucking bonkers. I’m on the Premium Tier right now because it was on sale and the upgrade from brought it to within a few bucks of Extra. I was on the fence justifying even Extra to myself at the old price.
What do you think online discussions are? What rules of yours does everyone need to follow? Which of your approved expressions are allowed?
I can’t tell you the last time I played one of the free monthly games. I sub entirely because you need it to play online. Is that worth $80 a year to me? I genuinely don’t know. GamePass is a much better value - I actually play several GamePass games - and I’m paid up through 2026.
More like review bombings are rarely ever indicators of an actual game’s quality and more about how players are dissatisfied with the product (and the people who made it) as a whole.
Overwatch 2 doesn’t have to be the worst game in the world because that’s not the point of review bombing.
