I pretended that it was related to Person of Interest and that Aiden was working for The Machine although he did not know it. And the Machine was trying to use Aiden to stop CTOS.

I loved Watch Dogs made up my own story to go with it and pretended it was related to Person of Interest.

Just switch to Victorian Cockney and turn the subtitles on.

They are pumping out games with this engine left and right. Obviously the formula works, so time for upgrades Telltale!

Indeed, but under the rare circumstances where they do need to update, they sure can take quite a damn long time; in relative proportion, anyway— the patches usually aren't all that large.

If it makes you feel better Wii U games do not install and work more than gorgeously fine (perfect example is Bayonetta which runs smother than the 360 version without installation)

It's kind of weird that the main complaint is having bottlenecks like forced updates keeping people from playing games, but then on the other hand people are complaining of stuff like PC gaming being fragmented. Aren't forced bottlenecks one of the biggest reasons to not having all of your eggs in one basket? God

I know I don't know your friend, and I'm picking at a relatively minor part of this post, but

I believe there is an option for that, but still I think the main problem the article is addressing are day one patches, something you have to do as soon as you put the game in.

NO those are fine THIS ISN'T

And this other thing.

It's not just 2014 really. It's been like that for a few years. #diablo3

2014 is the year of unfinished games. It's really sad.

I love this game, but people keep saying big changes when I think they meant "Destiny being made into what it should've been since the beginning."

As an individual who happens to be part of two minority groups in the U.S., I get to say whatever the hell I want as long as I don't claim I'm the sole voice of either group.

Yeah...that's one of those things you're probably just better off not snarking over.

Yeah, I mean, I don't totally get what the huge deal is. Words have different meanings in different contexts. But I'm a white person speaking from a place of privilege, so I could absolutely be completely missing the problem.

It's really a shame that so many in the media (this site included) decided to make Brown (a guilty criminal) the poster boy for police violence. Had they just waited and centered this whole issue on Cleveland where the kid was actually innocent we would have really been able to tackle police brutality. Shame on

I'm up for a "look how shitty white people can be" posts as much as the next member of an oppressed minority (I even got a two-fer!) but this is a huuuuuuuge stretch.

I feel like I'm missing something here, because I usually agree with your points, and here less so (which, as an aside, I can cope with. We don't always have to agree. I will live on. I am just surprised).
