But if they're continuing to pull the shit they've been pulling recently, then people will just stop buying their games period.

nintendo seems to be doing just fine with releasing games without bugs. just because it's complex doesn't really give a dev a free pass sorry. if it's broken (which unity is), they could of delayed it.

Amen to that, brother. I just don't see why publishers have to rush out these games all the damn time. If it's broken, FIX IT!!!!

I mean credit in the most literal sense. Acknowledging the artist (or studio) by name. Publishers are well aware of the value of the art, as we see in everything from marketing to unlockables to art books.

This is someone who was hanging out at a trendy, crowded place, it was caught on video, and she went straight to the police, once she figured out what happened. She did everything that every asshole who responds with "BUT DID SHE DO THIS" after hearing a rape account asks about. And she still hasn't seen justice.

i just reinstalled WC3 and TFT on my pc, i should be going home tonight and playing something i recently bought like my Halo MCC or CoD:AW or even finishing Sunset Overdrive but now that i've looked at this article, i'm probably gonna be playing WC3. This is on you Nathan Grayson. :D

I actually still play on bnet shame though mostly you just get Island Defence games, the mods for SC2 never really achieved what wc3 did :/

Kotaku continues to be the most progressive gaming website. Kudos.

I appreciate the transparency regarding this, and I think that many, if not all folks who game, know if a game has a release day/post-release review embargo that the developer/publisher is not satisfied with the overall product. The fact that I hadn't seen any reviews for Unity leading up to its inevitable release

The good news is that the review embargo for Far Cry 4 is November 14th, which means the game is probably going to be good!

As such, you can take this as policy that, in the future, Kotaku will not accept post-release review embargoes tied to early review copies. That doesn't mean we're guaranteeing day-one reviews. We may still decide to wait to review a game if we feel we haven't been able to have a fair go at the game's online

The problem is not change itself. The problem is changing the game so that it's more like other currently popular series or reducing its depth. Take an example from another genre. Metal Gear Solid has made huge changes in gameplay for each game (particularly from MGS2 to MGS3,) yet nobody complains because they keep

I do feel like we're veering off too far from what makes Halo, Halo. I'm not a fan of making Halo a quick shooter. It's never been a shooter where people are jumping around in the air and running super fast. It's always been about slower, more methodical and strategic combat. It's never really been about chaos. But it

Thank God I can finally aim down my sights. It seriously annoys me when a modern day FPS doesn't have that feature.

They'd have to charge more than $13...which is already a high price for how many of them I want =[

Come on... why do we still need this sexist crap? Why are women still wearing such suggestive outfit? This is 2014.

The fastest way to get vanguard rep is actually patrol missions. They take only a few minutes at most and give you 10 each. Time patrol missions so that you're in an area when a public event will drop and you get the best of both worlds.

... I just push the A button. Seems easier that way.

Better graphics, lighting, wildlife, first person mode, a new murder mystery side-story, and double the amount of people in GTA Online maps.

Yes, that is really enough for myself and my friends to buy GTA V again. We'll be rocking GTA O every night like we used to. :D
