I can't pick just one episode. I loved "Tracy Does Conan" and a myriad of others, but one of my favorite moments is "THIS IS HOW I CRY NOW" for its absolute absurdity. I missed most of the rest of this scene because I was too occupied with not Lizzing all over the carpet.
