Not sure if Dr. Frank-N-Furter is considered a "supervillain," but Tim Curry is just too good not to share whenever possibly relevant.

I'm pretty certain we're at least going to see Klingons in combat, if not fully flesh-out, speaking characters. That is, at least if the stills from the teaser trailer can be believed:
