I’m in Wisconsin, cable provider is Time Warner, and this is absolutely true for me too. Sometimes I have to turn off the air conditioner and pump up the volume to unreasonable levels to try to discern what the heck they’re saying, and that doesn’t even work reliably!! And it’s only for DW!

Let’s see... Well, Time Warner owns both DC Comics and Cartoon Network, so maybe they’re trying to get people into DC with TTG.
