I have never heard of Amber Heard, and while it makes MUCH more sense that a headline would read "Johnny Depp's girlfriend, Firstname Lastname, is pregnant", I read it as "Johnny Depp's girlfriend, Amber, heard pregnant". As in 'heard singing' or 'heard reading to the blind'. As in she's heard in a state of pregnancy.
