To me her face looks EXACTLY like her father as a toddler! Absolutely agreed, ridiculously cute. So is George. Course, I think William is still handsome even without most of his hair!

They dress her and George like this for public photos/appearances for two reasons: 1. to give the photos a timeless quality and 2. so that when they are in their Normal Kids Clothes in public (which is what they normally wear) they’re much less recognizable.
