That makes me miss my old subarus. As much as I love my xB for everything else, I do miss the ability to pretty much drive anywhere without concern of getting stuck.

@Kelster: I think you've been misinformed, one of those tow trucks will only seat two Three if you don't mind being cramped, and the chance getting groped when the driver shifts gears.

if their going to display it on the flatbed, the least they could do is put the car on facing the other direction. That way the flatbed looks like it is displaying the car, rather than just like the car was pulled on their and happens to be parked in the front of the lot.

@damnelantra™: At the moment all (or nearly all) states have laws that prevent car manufacturers from selling directly to the public. Why? I have no idea, but I'm guessing it is to prevent undercutting the dealers and/or competitors and creating a monopoly.
