That vile woman is the epitome of a blatantly contemptuous and self-serving politician. She’ll still be rolling in her piles of cash supplied by anti democratic sources. I wish her nothing but the worst.

Anything that makes it through the final mix approval has passed intense scrutiny by many eyes and ears. This is what the producers and show runners intended.
Also, every bit of dialogue / ADR has been scripted. Sound editor jokes just don’t make it though producer and network playbacks without being vetted by them. TL;DR - Our jokes can be hilarious, but hardly ever survive the mix unless given official approval.
Sound editor here. The show version and the Twitter version are definitely the same from what my ears and tools tell me. Mando’s line overlaps the tail of the Anzellan’s line by 1 frame, so does’t really obscure it. They are treading a fine line with what sounds like “I’m out, mutha fukaa” with a very soft ‘f” and a…
Sound editor here. With some audio tools “I’m out muther...” is quite clear on this snippet from Twitter. The F in “ucker” is masked with similar frequencies in the music sting that is placed strategically to mask it. IMO, if MF wasn’t the line, there is a distinct effort to give the impression that it was, leaving…
That's the holy grail.
I hear you. It ended up diverging from the book the further it went along, but I found what they created to be interesting enough to want to see more.
Was just going to comment on the whole all rim, 2mm of tire look they keep showing off in concept cars... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I agree with your assessment. IMHO, this is the best treatment of any of Gibson’s works so far. I can’t wait to see how they play out the test of the story. I was looking forward to Ash’s dual pupils, but I see they skipped over that bit.
Wow. That made my stomach turn. I can’t fathom how those ‘officers’ could live with themselves after that fuck up.
THANK YOU!
The problem is, the Democrats have a majority in the Senate IN NAME ONLY. Cinema and Manchin tend to scuttle any progressive proposals in the name of “bipartisanship”, or did I spell donors wrong?
That was a look of pure and well deserved joy, wasn’t it?
Was thinking a blast shield might not be a bad idea as things started to approach white hot!
Yikes! I’ve been running the public betas on my backup machine - 2016 15" i7 MacBook Pro and haven’t suffered any disasters.
It’s the sort of thing that happens in childhood, but seems way more disappointing as an adult, supposedly older and wiser ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Precisely.
Having worked in the IMAX format since 1997, it’s the ONLY way I will see films of an epic scale for immersion in both sound and image.
Well... they built more hatred for the ‘other’. They excel at that, sadly.
Imax is the only room I’ll see in film in for the time being, but I haven’t jumped at the chance to get a ticket for Dune yet.
