There is no indication that it incapacitates her, but the fact that she wrote it and then posted it on the internet indicates that it is affecting her somehow. Maybe she's looking for validation. I looked at a bunch of sites on the web after seeing this, and I can't find one that definitively shows this happening without involving steel wool. In the case of steel wool, it's the steel wool itself that ignites - not the battery. If these videos wanted to be more accurate, they should caution against steel wool!
