Nope. There was a time I considered this one. Not since they pulled this nonsense.

Growing up, I played all the major NES, SNES,Genesis and arcade games on my dad’s PC. I didn't even know that they were different, stand alone consoles until I was at least twelve.
The problem with that is that it would be impossible to enforce. You could pass a kid on the street and get infected and never know who did it.
People who are locked up in the basement for “therapy” don't count as friends.
Randomized gender too? Nope. Last hint of interest in this game killed. Customization is one of the best parts about a game like this, so taking it all away, no poiint anymore.
I faced that tough choice with the vita and PS3 Project Diva games, and I’m glad I waited. They are pretty much all I ever play on Sony systems now.
Exclusive content is literally the only reason *to* preorder a game anymore. Digital copies don't sell out. And if you must have a physical disk, when was the last time a major game release sold out it's basic edition anyway?
I have zero doubts they did, same as MS did for Tomb Raider. Doesn't matter in the least. I can still play it either on my pc or X1 eventually, so there is no reason for me to run out and buy a PS4.
They also didn’t say “Console exclusive”. They said “First on”. Its the Rise of the Tomb Raider all over again.
If Sony would have written a check that big, it would be an exclusive period. And Sony would have been shouting that from the rooftops.
If its a windows ten game, it would be almost nothing to also port it to x1. That would literally be turning down free money. They could shohorn that onto iOS and still sell like wildfire.
Any chance of someone from Kotaku on the floor making the rounds and asking devs about character customization and gender options? Ive noticed so far a lot of games having a female lead or character choice and that has me super excited. Would love a report on which games do, which don't, and reasons why.
I agree. Personally, i believe businesses should have the right to do things like this. And we have the right to spread the word about businesses that do. The courts don't have to intervene, in most areas these days economic pressure will weed them out.
I just don't trust game companies not to do stupid things these days. If you're right, there's no issue.
For every model that naturally looks this way, there are a dozen at least that damage their health to do so.
Just because there was a casting call doesn’t mean they actually cast both roles. And I’m only saying “if”. If they did cast both then there’s no problem.
When we first broke the story about Fallout 4’s Boston setting, we shared documents that implied that Fallout 4 would have a particular set character who has lines. Typically, characters in Fallout games are silent. Though we only get a quick look at this Vault Dweller in the trailer, he sure as hell looks like the…
I very much hope F4 does NOT have a set playable character. Fallout and Elder Scrolls games have always been my favorite customization games. Now if they do a mass effect style character that is one person yet still has gender and appearance options, that would be great. But if they lock it to playing that one guy,…
