How do you feel about US titles like... God of War? That's one of the most popular franchises in America, and sex is a minigame.

And unlike Valhalla Knights, you can actually see exposed breasts.

Valhalla Knights isn't a AAA title or flagship product

I wonder what the world would be like if the Sony-Nintendo partnership happened...

Tad-Bravo, something happened to me last Thursday when I was driving home. I had a couple of miles to go - I looked up and saw a glowing orange object in the sky, to the east! It was moving very irregularly... suddenly there was intense light all around me - and when I came to, I was home. What do you think happened

I remember the first time I played FFVI, there's a segment where you use just Locke and so I'm fighting some dude then I hit "steal" and instead of getting an item I TOOK HIS CLOTHES!!

The battle nun's holding a mace in her hand, so that hellhound got DECAPITATED BY BLUDGEONING!!

I do wonder where the origin of battle nuns are. The earliest I can think of is Warhammer's sisters of sigmar and 40k's sisters of battle

Look up "Billy Herrington" on youtube for the Japanese view of male sexuality.

Even that battle nun, she knocked off a monster's head with a BLUNT WEAPON. She's pretty goddamn strong.

CUZ ORKS WAS MADE FER FIGHTIN (not fer luvin!!)

The sorceress has levitation magic in the game, just so y'know.

Code of Princess's lead artist is Kinu Nishimura, a woman and one of Capcom's iconic artists.

I just re-read People of the Black Circle and the princess character is strong willed (lots of internal dialog from her is about the responsibilities of being a leader and the incredible will power needed to be the leader of a nation).

She even winds up saving Conan's butt and they have a pretty cool "rivalry" scene.

Mike Fahey. He's a married man whose wife thinks the sorceress is pretty cool. Kotaku is made up of individuals, so you can hate or like them as individuals.

It's an easter egg to George Kamitani's earlier work for Capcom, Shadow over Mystara and Tower of Doom.

In those games if you click on the merchant NPC's enough times they'll react.

Fahey enjoys Dragon's Crown tho'

Kenichiro Taka, also has a special message for the world:

speaking of bright red live action anime hair adaptions...

>> It makes me wonder if Japan even bothers with making games to make Chinese look like the enemy.

Yes. Steel Battalion: Heavy Armor is about China taking over the world and has scenes of Chinese gunning down American civilians or setting them on fire for fun.

The dude he told "your games just SUCK" is Makoto Goto, and he actually had something to say to Phil Fish during his twitter tantrum:
