Thanks, I’ll keep an eye on that in case I’m sticking around a bit longer with my phone.

I’m very unlucky with my battery. Went out when too cold but my 4 never had problems during same temperatures. After 2 years my phone totally broke down. Had the battery replaced in an Apple Store for around 70-80€ and had to wipe and reinstall from backup. In case of another too cold moment I have a power bank in my

We can only hope they'll manage to Touch ID anywhere on the screen soon.

I can unlock the phone while laying on my nightstand while half asleep. And I can’t accidentally unlock it. I don’t know how it works with face ID in detail though but I’m afraid of buying something by accident. Like what happens if you buy something from AppStore. Is there an extra button to activate face ID to make

Shouldn’t you always wash new clothes first before wearing? Some time ago I read that all clothes are more or less full of chemicals when new, just some labels put perfumes or something like that on top to get rid of the smell. That would explain why Primark stores smell like a chemical plants.

I’m still clinging on iOS 10 as I’m afraid updating will slow it down. Do you have some more info on how iOS 12 will run on 6? I’m just a bit sceptic that they’ll turn older phones into slower phones with newer OSs to get people into buying new phones... it wouldn't be that bad if you could (legally) downgrade again

16gb is hard. My first iPhone was a 4 16gb until I switched to my current 6 64gb. Retina apps just jumped in size back then so I knew 16 wouldn’t cut it anymore. No one should buy that size, as you said the OS will already take a big junk of it.

Unless someone's throwing a discount sale I'll probably just get an installment plan. I use a prepaid (still actuall postpaid) sim so I can't go the gimme a new phone contract route.

Was my first Final Fantasy (just started getting into jrpgs), played it during 2 weeks holiday, didn’t care that much for the story, summoned the hell out of guardians every fight and assumed every FF focused that heavy on summons even during normal battles. Was a but disappointed when I got around 7 and 9 because of

So I pretty much won’t replace my 4 year old iPhone 6 with any of these. Probably get 8 from last year then. Still waiting for updated Euro prices for the older models. I'm still waiting till they manage to get Touch ID into the screen, until then I prefer a home button.

Played it with grandpa, also checkers and chess. Always had one of those classic board games collections around. Good times.

Only issue are still copyright things with the opening songs. But here record labels are more to blame than Bandai Namco, I think. Some just won't license songs outside Japan, then we are stuck with instrumental or something else entirely.

Personalized 145€, but jersey only is also already 130€. It's really overpriced imho. I wonder how much money goes to which party. In comparison new season jersey from FC Bayern start at 90€. And they're both from Adidas.

Can anyone study (mostly) anything in US without any requirements? I’m from Germany and you can study for nearly free. My bachelor did cost around 2000€ in fees for 7 semesters. But because it’s nearly free enrollment spots are limited especially for subjects like medicine. Those with the best grades get in (and you

I remember buying it because it was Pokémon. It was the most expensive N64 game I bought back then. I really enjoyed figuring out how to influence the scene to make the Pokémon do something. Would've been even better with all 150.

I never was scared of flying, was fascinated by it since I was a child. And watching the Mayday/Air Crash Investigation documentary Series made me appreciate all the security concepts and features modern airplanes have even more. I mean I remember when people were still allowed to smoke during flight, unthinkable

I don’t think anyone would’ve complained. The population of helicopter parents that complain about everything wasn’t that high in early 2000's Germany.

I remember that teacher mainly for physics, can’t remembers for sure if he also did history. We didn’t watch Schindler’s List. In Germany you have around at least one year of history class on the rise of Hitler till the end of WW2.

I’m from Germany. If I remember correctly there are laws that allow such things (and copying texts) for educational purposes. Sometimes we watched documentaries taped from TV cause they were newer than the official educational films.

I suggested the movie to watch in class to my teacher. I lended him my tape (yeah recorded from TV) as he didnt know the movie and has to watch it to determine if it’s suitable for class. He said he can’t show it. I didn’t get why cause I thought 9th (14-15 years old) graders are old enough to watch something like
