Loki and Eleanor Shellstrop have the same character arc. In this essay I will...

If Loki and his female self don’t fuck in the season finale this has all just been one giant waste of time.

This is my favorite of the MCU D+ shows, and the one that *feels* the most like an MCU movie. And this was the best episode by far.

So... we’re not worrying about the size differential, huh?

Counterpoint, this was an incredible fucking episode and you are wrong.

Or Voyagers!

Better.

Also typical of Fincher is its exceptionally evocative opening credit sequence.

I loved the Fincher version, especially because I thought the leads were significantly better than the Swedish leads. I thought Fincher’s was much more thrilling and better constructed. There’s a lot of love for Noomi Rapace, but I really wasn’t too intrigued by her.

I am floored to see Harrison Ford on stage and looking like he gives half a shit.  I mean, it’s still only half a shit, but it’s more than he’s given in years.

I absolutely love this show, but it’s probably narratively best that this iteration end sooner than later. Dracula has already been defeated, and we’ve moved well past the initial Castlevania 3 storyline (sorry, Grant Danasty fans). Plus, like you said, there’s a ton of other, obvious ways that the next iteration can

Yeaaaaah. And I’m super glad it didn’t involve any of that. It would have distracted from what the show was actually about.

I tried to stay spoiler-free and away from most of the speculation and I think it paid off for me. The fans who have whipped themselves into a frenzy because the final 10 minutes wasn’t a bunch of cameos for people whose names aren’t anywhere in the title of the show seem to be taking it pretty hard.

Now playing

I just randomly happened on a 2015 interview with Elizabeth Olsen from BEFORE Age Of Ultron was released. Asked (at 1:40) what she’d like to tackle in the future, Olsen says she really wants to do House of M but “that would never happen.” Have two fake babies that don’t exist and she loses her mind, “probably too dark

I sure hope someone got fired for that one!

Me, watching the first ten minutes:

One thing I’ll say , growing up in a poor European ( but not eastern) country in the 70s and 90s , there were a LOT of old American sitcoms used as filler in the day , I mean I saw stuff like Green Acres and the Beverly Hillbillies and Barney Miller the like , so its not inconceivable that she would have seen them.

No, Vader always has the low ground.
