I'm really disappointed. I thought it would at least go into the Twisting Nether.

Instead, it's another Pollyanna expansion where the "totally innocent" orcs are deified and the Alliance is vilified for trying to stop them. I'm just waiting for a new accusation of racism, that's what makes a Thrall/Horde storyline

So, they're copying SAGA's city mechanics.....

It was about bandwidth.

I actually liked the fact that they asked me, instead of just installing it.

Choice is a good thing - even if it annoys you.

Very true, but I'm saying from a security standpoint, addons are more secure than browser bars, and having back-end code that can install them from anywhere is a recipe for trouble.

Speaking of fundies and crackpots, I'll bet Anita Sarkeesian is foaming at the mouth about this.

I am smart enough not to use it, but I have helped far too many clients/friends/customers with problems. IE's ability to use browser bars AT ALL is a liability.

That's the default.....

Memories, memories - I rented everything from PS2 games I couldn't afford to buy yet, to GB/GBA/GBC/GC games.... I still have fond memories, but after the store near my house closed down, it wasn't worth it anymore - GameFly charges way too much for an unlimited monthly rental, Blockbuster's I actually paid for and

Not realistic.... it doesn't show her weighed down by 40 'sponsored' browser button bars, her noncompliance with HTML-5, her forcing the use of Bing.....

I've worked in Dev myself, I know the challenges - personally, I wouldn't mind just the updates, with bi- or tri-annual engine updates.

The Sims 3 used to, though. At time of writing it was correct.

Roster updates would be cheaper, and therefore would decrease their overhead - meaning they could make the same or a slightly better profit margin, tap whole sections of the market they hadn't previously, hire less staff, and still put out a product.

Why not take it a step further, and just let us download the new rosters and etc as an update?

And they could charge half as much....

I see you, and raise you the Matrix trilogy.

While I agree, and am personally more of a Libertarian, I suppose I'm just not as nihilistic. I believe that silence is the enemy, in this case - even if it's futile to fire back.

The Progressive Left loves to argue semantics and philosophical perspectives as a reason to enact intellectual tyranny and control society, why shouldn't I fire back?

You had me definitely interested until you mentioned that normalization of cross-dressing and etc. is "the future" and had enough presence to be a selling point for so-called 'Progressives'.

I'm not a hateful person, you're all going to say I am, but genders are a real thing, and not just some intellectual construct
