I have no opinion on this matter, but this article was worth reading just for the illustrations.  

I really like Avatar in an offhand kind of way. I watch it about once a year and it’s always entertaining. I imagine that I’ll like thesequels, whenever they actually show up. No rush or anything.

Its taking a long time because James Cameron is a perfectionist, and insisted on filming on location on Pandora.

I don’t want to sound like a character in a bad japanese RPG but the reality is that most people with power abuse that power. People just quite literally aren’t psychologically made to handle that much control over others. We aren’t prepared for it. We aren’t wired that way.

Non-creative people are currently destroying the rain forest, trying to obstruct people’s voting rights, dumping waste into our oceans, and ensuring that insulin stays expensive because they value profit more than human lives.

So no, creative people are not more shitty than the people actively ruining society at large.

I wouldn’t be surprised if it gets rebooted under a different name.

So can we all be honest with the fact that a) Beyond Good and Evil, while certainly an interesting game at the time, is overrated and had very little impact on the medium.

I can’t tell if creative people are, by and large, just really shitty, or if most people are just really shitty, and we tend to hear about the creative ones because they get famous.  

It’s just as well, at this point BG&E2 looks like a sequel in name only.

So, you’re saying it’s a Nolan film?  That describes his last few movies.  He cranked the music over the dialogue in Interstellar, causing Hans Zimmer to have to defend himself with, “It wasn’t me!”  I have no idea why he keeps doing this.
