I'm just hoping Nintendo announces some good games soon. Pikmin 3 is coming up and Smash 4 is on the horizon but they'll need more. Like a new 3d Mario levels of more. Or a WiiU Sports, trick the casuals again.

I think Nintendo overestimated the core gamers and the companies that produce for them on this one. They forgot that most people serious about gaming, and well off enough, got a PS3 or XBOX360 to complement or replace their Wiis so when ports of Old Games come to the WiiU, no one buys and it scares off third parties.

I wonder how much of the Japanese public looks at the weirder stuff in disbelief like the Average American would at a restaurant that sold deep fried butter. (I'm not making this up.)
