True. I think Simcity hurt more because A. It's a single player game in spirit. and B. There's so many more things that have gone wrong. Diablo 3 had the one annoying error.

Never played it but I hear nothing but praise for it.

Sadly the game was programmed to be off client but it's nothing that a half decent team couldn't fix in a few months. Guaranteeing that EA will never let it happen.
