Hope they get some of the issues fixed before it releases in Europe. But then again, it's EA.

I don't know. Region locking is one of the arguments used for Piracy but I'm a little murky on the whole issue. I don't think Piracy is single handedly killing the games industry but I think this new indie trend of endorsing pirated versions of their stuff will backfire somewhere down the line.

It's a shame intrest in the F-Zero series has waned. I tried looking for a decent fan site a couple of months ago and the best I could do was the IGN sub-board.

Well the super mario series in whole. Earlier Mario projects based off the earlier games were taken off cuusoo before they could get far. I think that means Mario is off limits but the other series like Zelda are fair game.
