Slightly silly question: is Top Gear okay with Chris Harris filming what is technically, sorta, kind of a Top Gear competitor?

I live in Pittsburgh. First and foremost they would be driving like Jagoffs, not asshats. Second, I see them driving all over and I’ve never seen any major malfunctions other than the fact that they drive incredibly slowly. Think grandma coming home from church slow. They also have a tendency to slam on their brakes…

Well thats what happens when you program your driverless car to drive the same as the local residents. It drives like an asshat like everyone else.

I know this has been explained before, but why again does this happen? Are they lead footing an automatic and chopping the throttle after its too late and LSD is doing the rest? Is it something to do with wide, probably worn out tires, or too little followed by too much steering input? How in the world does this…
