No, tweet about it or write it on your own blog or find a political site to post it. I have left other sites that get too political and I will leave this one too.

I never claimed that this would benefit poor people who don’t have investments — that’s clearly not the case...
“So our expectation should be that we will continue to increase our dividend and our share buybacks next year and the year after that and the year after that.”
OK, so the money to pay for a federally mandated $15 minimum wage would just fall from the sky? And after being mandated to pay a $15 minimum wage, with no capital relief elsewhere, what would happen to small businesses that couldn’t afford it?
There’s the typical unprovoked leftist name-calling again.
Was this not Bernie’s exact platform? $15 minimum wage?
All I see is companies increasing bonuses and enacting a $15 minimum wage (a Bernie platform staple) and you guys here constantly complaining about it. If all this came about through the legislation your ilk supports you’d be applauding your frickin hands off and declaring it a victory for socialism.
You should have taken a shower and lingered. Hot water melts stress.
Yeah, pretty much. Just doesn’t belong on LH, though.
Have you read Nick’s articles? I’m not sure there *is* a better use for his time. His whole stock in trade is making his personal irritations a crusade.
No - publish it on a political site. Don’t make everything political.
Why is this on Lifehacker? Why even let yourself get so triggered over someone you hate so much? Why even read his tweets and then write an article that doesn’t help with anything?! There’s better use for your time.
what cant we just have the news or life hacks in this case. I get so sick of hearing political crap. wether its republican or democrat or somewhere in the middle. you cant watch late night TV or any TV for that matter without someone bashing Trump or Palosi or some other political figure. that is what true stress is,…
Why don’t you get a transfusion of HIV positive blood to see how robust your immune system is. Then we can study you and all of humanity can benefit.
What do you use your computer for that you need 27 tabs open at once?
Yes, like Maryland, home to a VERY disproportionate number of high paid employees whose sole livelihood comes from federal tax dollars.
You’re right about that. Lifehacker should stay out of politics. This isn’t what we come here for. If you want to write about politics in such an opinionated way, Beth, there are plenty of other sites for that.
Thanks, honestly seems like more trouble than it’s worth. Especially if you aren’t a frequent flyer.

But what is the potential in travel redemption exactly? Does booking through UR give you better prices than using Kayak or Priceline? I would think that the latter two offer more flexibility and choices. If it does give a better price, is it because of the conversation rate of points to dollars or what?

It’s not going to compare to the potential of UR points
