Is this assuming a perpetual withdrawal? When talking with my financial adviser, we discussed what we wanted to do when retired, how much we expected to spend, etc and then looked at the numbers of . The main issue with most drip based makers is that while very convenient, their cheap innards do not keep the water at a good temperature and usually a wide range as well causing a less than optimal cup.
We give roughly 10% to charity so ours is much higher than the average which is less than 3%. We don’t have medical bills and our home mortgage interest was about half of that shown.
As someone with a spouse that combined we are in the upper 100-200 bracket above, I guess I’m way different than average. None of those are even close! Some are off by a factor of of 5.

For most it is a negligible amount of time difference. For us, we had 20-30 school loans and car debt as well so it added up. We always used the rate/payment ratio where it made sense but also threw some at the lower amounts to get a small “victory” now and then.

This is definitely needed. If it weren’t for groceries or church related activities I would seldom leave my house. The kids music or ball lessons are a nice getaway too but sometimes you just need to get out by yourself.
There are wastes of time, and there there is a whole other level of uselessness.
