At least in my industry, in my city, it is much more common to hire summer students than to have interns. My (very small) company hired a summer student last year, and it seemed to me to be a pretty good deal for everybody.

I have dumped so many hours into Kingdom Rush... man you guys don't even know (Because my brain has to beat every version of every level at the hardest difficulty without losing any dudes).
