Sad. Best for the devs, damn the mismanagement that’s been evident for years.

My loyalty is bought by team logos/colors.

I think at least some of this stems from the issues with a sheer lack of experienced leader figures/managers among game development due to burn-out, moving to other companies, etc., that I’m fairly certain you’ve looked at before.

The first thing they need to do, and look like they are doing, is addressing his consistency (read: bugs). There’s no point to picking a high-risk character if that high-risk will not yield the high-reward when, by any reasonable measure of planning and executing that plan, it should.

I enjoy vanilla Civ 6 more than I did vanilla Civ 5, but, as stated, Civ 5 has the benefit of many more years of expansions/updates to produce a more well-rounded end product.

What about Rye-you.

On the emulation front: the movements of the sprites in this parody are not nearly as smooth/hand-drawn cartoony. Even just examining the top gif will show where the computer-assistance was used, and traditional guidance of what makes a dynamic cartooning were ignored.

1) You know why they’re called “house rules?”

If I’m throwing right hooks and you’re not stopping me from nailing you in the head, I’m going to keep throwing right hooks until you’re out.

Before more people (already see one) get a very poor idea of what’s happening: The reason this sequence occurred is psychological.

or get rid of IRL But your ideas are fine, too!

To the reasonable, no, it isn’t.

Fair point. (Full disclosure: I don’t even like IRL as a directory. Creative should be as far as Twitch goes, IMO, but hey, I’m not the one running the show and getting bought by Amazon, what do I know.)

Disney forced them to stop selling any of the playable Fantastic 4-related characters (Mr. Fantastic, Invisible Woman, Human Torch, Thing, Dr. Doom) and their cosmetics, but they were not removed. Owners kept them, and they put up a date so people who wanted them could acquire. After that, SOL.

“Crass, offensive, loud and obnoxious and appealing to the lowest common denominator of juvenile mentalities”

I hope the “debate” is on Twitch’s opaque enforcement policies.

Correct. And for a long time prior, they were making changes to the game that many were not happy about, but surmised were due to an incoming console port and the limitations that the platforms would entail versus PC. Gazillion rationalized these changes as things for the health of the game—which may not be untrue,
