True!
True!
The idea of cheap derivative works in order to chase a market is decades old, it’s just grown in relative quantity because the industry has straight-up grown in relative quantity, and is by FAR easier to access (whether legally or illegally) and keep up-to-date on in the modern world.
Let’s just say I remember my methods of finding out about whatever anime was from that mythical land of Japan before the Internet, and only can really remember what is today recognized as some of the best of the era, the stuff which is now cherry-picked to be compared against literally all of the productions out today.
I tend to be instantly turned off by the “things used to be better” track of logic, but the creators here shore up their reasoning with arguments that go beyond nostalgia, and the line of thought serves more as a supplement to the core, which seems like an interestingly constructed and presented game. I’ll be…
Haha, jeez. Guess I’ll stick around for MMPR and ninjas (the first time around, after the first movie), afraid the series lost its appeal to me after that.
In theory, Sombra trades the damage potential of a WoW Rogue (or, even closer, the TF2 Spy) for utility.
Not entirely sure what you’re trying to convey, but I don’t have a PS4, gotta wait~
Overwatch PTR for Orisa testing and Path of Exile because LEGACY LEAGUE BABYYYY
As of this post, Orisa can deploy Barrier through a Sombra Hack (whether from the regular ability or EMP ult), but the ability is still X’d out on Orisa’s screen. Orisa cannot take other ability-based actions while hacked: can’t deploy her Halt orb, can’t use ult. I imagine the Barrier is is the bugged ability in this…
It should be noted her main gun is projectile based, not hitscan. So, with that in mind, Orisa’s notable 1v1 disfavorable match-ups IMO:
My PTR thoughts:
“We have the standing to do it (take legal action)“
Rematch in a steel cage.
Doomfist was named dropped from Efi/Orisa’s origin video to Jeff’s dev update. I reckon he’s going to be hero #25, and will come with a short.
I think people got hung-up on the “spider-tank” and didn’t consider that it could be another quadra(+)-ped. I really dig the wildebeest-basis.
I LOVED TF2 Spy. Spy remains by far my favorite overall FPS experience. The mind games and ability to tactfully disrupt, especially with the ability to instant-kill, added untold depths (and I never stopped using the default cloak even when Dead Ringer reigned supreme for a time).
I think there was a lot of whining. The same thing happened with Symmetra. People aren’t used to the characters suddenly being actual threats, and thus having to adjust.
Good execution of most everything except the super (just kinda underwhelming to me)! Love the voice, especially.
I found most of it charming.
I keep forgetting Twitch is Amazon. So, on that note: https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=201380130
