Depends on the graphic card you get. It definitely can be very expensive. I bought a pretty decent card for 250 a couple years ago and am still doing fine. But I’m not a huge graphics guy.

There is definitely a cultural bias against women doing “manly” labor, but there is also the fact that a lot of women physically can’t do these jobs. That doesn’t mean I haven’t seen a healthy increase of women in the trades. I see a lot more women truckers, electricians, equipment operators, audio and lighting people.
