The season finale already? It seems like the new season just started . . ..

Can't wait for the new CASTLE tonight. And zombies on Warehouse 13? That should be fun.

I actually thought Captain Action was pretty cool. I mean, you could turn him into anyone from The Phantom to The Green Hornet. (And DC's tie-comic wasn't bad either.)

I think we can take it as given not to listen to Bachman when it comes to anything regarding science, history, or reality . . . .

I was sure #1 was going to be "Deflect them with your Amazon bracelets."

Nah, I think she just sympathized with having to lie to "our children." She didn't specify the gender.

I don't know. My brother-in-law is a Marine. Doesn't mean he doesn't get emotional about family stuff—or wouldn't be upset if he found out his mom was lying to him his whole life.

Yes, the Regents have called her that before. (Remember the diner scene in Season One?)

Maybe something belonging to Marie Laveau?

I think people are confused by all the talk about it being "cancelled." That was probably the wrong word to use to describe the decision to shut the show down ONE SEASON FROM NOW.

Glad to see the dog is still around!

Did you catch that Mrs. Frederic alluded to having children herself? Leena?

I know. That's why I couldn't resist citing it. (The subtitle to The Howling 2, I mean.)

The Star Wars prequels may have their detractors, but I'm not sure any of them is really worse than The Howling 2: Your Sister is a Werewolf.

Nah, he was a nice kid, who just didn't know much about sf outside Star Trek and Doctor Who.

Er, McAvoy played Professor X, not Magneto.

Sad but true: I was recently talking to a teenaged fan who had no idea that Sigourney Weaver had been in anything before AVATAR. Really.

That was David Warner . . . .

Are we only counting living actors? 'Cause I'd add the late Peter Cushing to this list . . .

Or maybe Michelle Forbes?
