Arizona legislators have used this multiple times for both DUIs and domestic assaults. 

This stretch is four lanes, technically five (wide left turn), not divided. During the day it’s by no means deserted, though this would be impossible on weekends when the river is full of Angelinos or in the winter when the snowbirds are around. 

He’d be better off here in AZ. Ample available workforce, right to work laws, and a governor and legislature that will end public education if it means lower taxes for large corporations.
