Kind of surprised to see no mention of Orb TV, since it seems to be pretty promising...

@resu427: Kat wrote the piece, she's British.
@theprancingboar: I'm surprised it's not in the tags.
@spectralveil: Depends on the model. Two of the three I've had would stop, one would keep going during the agitation cycle. One of the three would lock the lid during the spin.
@Nitesh: Ah. My bad. But there's other stuff out there too that's been running on batteries for a while...
I was just thinking about this last night... more specifically how the batteries on Voyager I have been working for 33 years but my iPod croaks after a few years. Hasn't technology advanced enough since then?
Yeah, but the ears are cut off in the Wide video...
@maccactm: Wood carvings
@ThreeOneFive: The problem is that TSA is chasing their tail, because we keep having the 'near-misses' like the underwear and shoe guys. As long as air travel keeps being the target, it's going to be more of the same.
@Rapture Rising: From Apple.com:
@Avocadobride: Must be custom built in an emulator... the maps look like modified SMW maps.
@anitesh.jaswal: You make an interesting point there. What's the big risk of a pilot having something concealed anyway? They're behind a locked door, and there's nothing to prevent them from turning the jet into a lawn dart if the other crew member steps out to use the bathroom, just like what happened to EgyptAir 990.
@dsprehe89: I'll second that.
@leoaugust: You combine 7,800 photos by hand without getting lazy.
@Portdogmc: Yeah, I just downloaded it.
@qbrad: Yeah, I'm holding out for 8am.
@RedRaider: I've done it here in AZ, but it's a little more bearable in the winter when it's only about 80˚. You can get up some crazy speed, but the trip back up sucks if you're on foot.
@OMG! Ponies!: You are my hero.
