If the power was not out long enough to melt a thin layer of a couple ounces of water, your freezer is fine.

Why not use JustWatch? It’s the data source and it can track your watched episodes too. And it’s already available on almost all platforms.
Look for a bank that is a member of the AllPoint network. AllPoint atms are surcharge free for members and they are located worldwide. They are often in convenience stores and pharmacies. In the US, they’re in Walgreens, CVS, and Target.
It truly is the best hangover cure. And if you can get your hands on Mrs Linda’s yakamein….so worth it!
There are lots of Vietnamese restaurants serving pho in New Orleans. I would argue it’s easier to find a bowl of pho pretty much anywhere in town than it is yakamein.
That’s Kenji
Agreed…if you want to buy that much plastic wrap.
Jif peanut butter. There is no acceptable substitute. Not Peter Pan, not Skippy, not Justin’s and the other organic versions, not the generic. Just original red label Jif.
Do good emulsifiers exist that are not mustard? Asking because I really do not like mustard and I tell myself it’s all in my head and I can’t taste it, but my head thinks I can.
There is a rumor that the Krispy Krunchy Chicken in New Orleans is a slightly different (better?) recipe than other locations. I’m from New Orleans and have never been to one elsewhere. As someone who has been to multiple Krispy Krunchy Chicken locations, maybe you can shed some light?

Same for Louisiana’s solution: LA Wallet. It’s an app from the state that allows you to access your drivers license digitally, and they added a link to pull vaccination stats from DoH.
I had no idea that this was not common knowledge. It’s so much easier. You never have to try to fish some of an ingredient out of a bowl because you overshot the mark.
I admit that I haven’t watched the TikTok, but you absolutely can poach eggs in the microwave. Lifehacker posted about it: https://lifehacker.com/make-sunny-side-up-or-poached-eggs-in-the-microwave-1454422584
It used to, but not anymore. Kindle runs its own timer now and does not need internet access for it. However, once you have the book in Kindle, it does not check in with the library again, it just goes by that timer. So you can return the book to the library and let the next person borrow it, add a new hold, etc,…
I’m still a fan of Slacker radio, now called LiveXLive. Their tiers are similar to Pandora, but their radio stations are human-curated. I’ve been using Slacker since early 2000s pre-smartphone days and it knows my preferences too well to quit now.
I think that tomatoes in gumbo is Creole instead of Cajun, but I’m not totally positive on that. I also may be transferring jambalaya classifications onto gumbo.
