I loled at the pic, removing red eye from a picture of a drawing of somebody xD
@jadefirefly: LOL you just proved my point. Most companies that are legit have a privacy policy that implicitly states that they will not share your information with a 3rd party.
@jadefirefly: @gpzbc: Legitimate companies don't. If your stupid enough to use some obviously sleazy company, of course your going to have your personal information sold.
Why should anyone care if a free product is funded by ad money? The only time I believe this could be considered undesirable is if the company sells your personal information, other than that, I'm pretty much fine with most ways they earn money.
@TateZegan: I don't agree that its as black and white as "Photoshop is good, GIMP is bad" since those peniless teenagers you mentioned probably would and have pirated Photoshop by grabbing a torrent.
@khdownes: I feel GIMP is less bloated than photoshop, it starts faster often, it has a simpler, friendlier and more minimalistic interface. Nice post Gordon, thanks, helped me out a lot, I've been trying to figure out how to fix this system-wide for a while now.
@AdemG: What is this I don't even.
Coming Soon to Lifehacker: "Be More Productive By Getting More Sleep"
@Unicorn Man: Double Kill! Triple Kill! Ultra kill! Mega kill!
@Adam Howard: LOL, nice try, but you need a little more work on your technique, I suggest thoroughly checking posts for spelling mistakes, that's a sure fire way to make most people pissed. ;D
How does it effectively bypass the 'captcha' many of these sites use? Sweatshops in China perhaps?
@iain010100: "For an authentic vintage look."
@Adam Howard: *points at you*
@kasakka: I propose that due to an unfortunate accident during the 80's, the black turtleneck he wearing at the time became fused to his skin, making it impossible to remove. Therefore the turtleneck you always see him wearing is the same turtleneck every time. He must sleep with it on, swim with it on, and will one…
