@Gerardo.Zamudio: The only reason I used Limewire was because I was unaware of torrents/alternative P2P systems. I had kind of a love hate relationship with it, i.e spending an hour downloading a video file only to find it was corrupt in the first place.

@GenericHenchmanNo.4: I agree that general use of a computer such as browsing the internet, watching movies, opening files, etc has a hardly noticable (likely completetly unnoticable) on an encrypted disk if you have at least a dual core CPU and DDR2 memory, I'm talking more about game performance. Even then I'm sure

@CornDoggyRob: I don't personally use AppleScript much, but I've seen a lot of examples and implementations, yours is great, you've indented it and everything, I don't have a problem with your code, but the languages syntax. It's not a terrible language, and it should be noted that languages should be chosen based on

@Whitson Gordon: Don't get me wrong, this wasn't criticism directed at users of AppleScript, I just find it 'wording' annoying (i.e "tell application"). I just wish it was a little more elegant.

@Dancing Milkcarton: I'm not saying it should be made more complicated, I just find the wording of the syntax a little annoying (i.e "tell application")

@CornDoggyRob: The goal of my post wasn't to make people feel bad for using it, I just wish it was given an overhaul to make the syntax a little more elegant. Again, I didn't mean to be snobbish or anything :)

@Wilson: It's written in such a way that it's so exceedingly simple that it's ugly to read and difficult to debug.

@TheLolotov: I'm not saying people shouldn't make corrections, but if you feel the need to constantly make miniscule correction to mistakes that in no way impeded the communication of the idea, you're an asshole.

I kind of feel sad Limewire's gone, as I have many fond memories of it as my first P2P client, but I haven't used it in years for many reasons, the biggest being the overall quality of the files in general, so many fakes, etc, plus the massive amounts of malware.

Not trying to troll, but I hate AppleScripts syntax, its simple, but overtly so in my opinion. It feels like a crappy version of VB, and that's saying something.

Next up we need an automatic "No u" bot for use against the users who keep insisting on making tiny corrections (such as pointing out a lacking of an apostrophe) and then making long posts attempting to justify the need for such a correction through the demonstration of their superior spelling and thus (in their

I can't lie all that well, society has successfully "programmed" me to feel uncomfortable doing it.

@GoodBytes: Most machines are easily capable of running themes both using the CPU and GPU. When in the desktop, most of the time the CPU is barely being used, only a few select tools like transcoders heavily use the CPU. In games, the overhead caused by Windowblinds is nominal.

@orphic1: There is no legal way a company could tell you what to put in your food.

@Andrew King: Very few people lack a landline since they're so cheap and more reliable than VoIP and cell phones.

It's so annoying how the moment someone hears the word "Hack" they instantly think of Dade "Zero cool" Murphy from the movie "Hackers".
