Was gonna say something similar. Unless it is a Suburban/Yukon XL/Escalade ESV or a Ford Excursion it is not “large” in comparison.

Park it next to a Full Size long wheelbase Yukon and get back to us
You have one of them commie sized garages. I can fit a crewcab truck in mine ha.
I would call that a schmedium sized suv
It was always obvious they weren’t going to approve Andretti until a new Concorde Agreement can be drafted, under which the revised new team entry fee will be $1 billion. The current $200 million was established years before the exponential rise in value that F1 has seen. It’s a bargain in the current economics of F1…
I’m a pacifist by nature; I fully believe in negotiation and calm discussion to resolve issues.
We need everything to be PHEV’ed. Spread the available battery capacity (and power generation/distribution) around so everyone has their 30 daily miles of cleaner EV driving, and gets rid of range and charging anxiety.
Imagine what it could have been if toyota managed to do it
I am in the same boat, PHEV with 40-50 mile range would reduce my gas consumption by 80-90% most weeks. It isn’t perfect, but at the same time, EV’s don’t perfectly fit everyone’s needs at this point.
Hey Doug, are you still driving the car you bought last February? You might want to put it in the garage for a while, or you’ll likely be on the hook for any damage if you suffer the bad luck of a suspension failure at speed.
2nd Gear: It is obviously via switching to Hybrid and PHEV vehicles. If you can reduce your ICE based emissions by 50% or whatever, it makes it that much easier to get to carbon neutral. Good luck over and Ford/GM/Stellantis with all the trucks they sell.
And further to that end, you can get a Mustang GT out the door for $15K less. It’ll have a bigger and more comfortable interior, be faster in a straight line, and handling that most enthusiast would call more than adequate (even if its not as good as the much lighter Supra).
Nobody is doing 55mph of the freeway so the results at 55mph are pointless.
This is another great example of keyboard warriors loudly exclaiming the need for a manual transmission and whining about “engagement” and bitching about (superior) modern automatics and DSGs...and then not buying them. Once the Supra offered a manual, sales dropped.
What do you mean hurr durr is a BMW. It IS a BMW. The engine is BMW. The chassis is BMW. It’s built in the same factory as a BMW. Its VIN tag has a BMW logo on it.
Well according to FB marketplace all slightly used vehicles are more than brand new versions of them.
It was the 1200 just had the naming update to match the newer ram ram conventions.
I was thinking of the smaller Ram they sell in SA.
Obviously read the whole story if you’d like but let me distill the whole thing for you; Bird is/was an app-based gig hustle created solely to go public via SPAC and make its founder(s) and initial investors rich, passing off costs and losses to people who did the actual work and the average Joe who bought the stock.…
It was the least-disguised GM commercial I’ve ever seen. The chase scene in the middle of the movie especially kind of stopped the whole thing dead and functioned just as an EV Blazer ad.
