They didn’t even beat Pottsville, either. Pottsville beat the Cardinals, then the NFL suspended the Maroons for playing an exhibition game, and then tried to give the title to the Cardinals. As a man of conscience, the owner declined the title, but thankfully the Bidwills had no such affliction and claimed the title…
