The stupid thing here is that he didn't even ask Bungie. He just did it. If he had asked them/Microsoft for permission to use it this would be a whole different thing. Instead, he just uploaded stuff he didn't have the rights to and started selling it.
I mean, I often wondered how Nu Gundam was supposed to use funnels in gravity, so replacing them with an alternate ranged weapons makes sense...

This one super isn’t though. It’s got a completely different shade of blue and the shoulder logo thing is multicolored etc. It might be the same as an RG kit that hasn’t been released yet, but it’s not ye olde Nu Gundam.
