I’m doing my first half at the end of this month and (luckily) have only had to deal with a black toenail so far. I had a couple really bad runs this week, though, and I’m wondering if it’s PMS related because I usually feel so good before/during/after a long run. Is a PMS-related bad run a thing?

The one I use occasionally now is Too Faced Primed & Poreless Pure, but it doesn’t work that well and in fact has started to do this…
