Oh c’mon Ford. How could you not put the Focus ST’s ecoboost in there as an option?

Most presidential elections, auto industry executives generally support the Republican. Even those that received bailouts.

I don’t see them mentioning that in the news this time around. But if they’re so afraid of Trump and uncertainty, maybe they should have used their influence to change the outcome in the states

Maybe this will inspire Ford to finally make an ST version of the Fusion. With a six speed, because Ford’s DCT kind of sucks. And the I4 Ecoboost that’s in the Mustang or better still, Focus RS. I drove a Fusion at a Ford event with an autocross track.. The handling was surprisingly balanced. It has some real

I don’t know if the people are plastic and fake except above the line in Hollywood.

If you were hanging out on the west side of town, you’d see every kind of exotic car made. McClarens are common enough that you can say, “No, that’s definitely not the one we saw yesterday. Same grey color but this one is a 650s not an MP4-12c. Also, Teslas are common enough for stereotypes of bad behavior to arise.

The most expensive car you can ever own, is a $25,000 Ferrari.

They’re great cars. Too bad that they still remind me of an sleeker AMC Pacer.

The V-8 was so damned smooth, and weird because it lacked low end punch and would then just pull and pull from the mid and reved high if you were used to American V-8s. Mostly well balanced, but still had more unwanted understeer than you

Well, the cars are not going to get much lighter. So you will continue to be frustrated by the weight. Especially cars like Porsches, which are made for the luxury class buyer and priced accordingly.

I think your displeasure with electronic steering racks is misplaced. The engineers could have calibrated the assist to

I stopped going to the LA Auto Show when they stopped doing reveals of anything new. They even stopped showing concept cars that were being shown at other major auto shows.

Might be good for people who are in the market for a car at the right time of year. But for the entertainment of going to a car show, the LA Auto

Who recommends a Fiesta ST for transporting hockey gear? Have you seen how much gear hockey kids have?

No, a Focus ST is what is required. I’ve had my 2013 FoST for 4 years, and I love it. More power than you need, fantastic on tight twisty roads. Haven’t needed service other than worn brakes. Economical on the highway

I rode around LA freeways for years on a bone stock ‘64 Honda 305 scrambler, which I guaranty had far less power than this bike.

I remember when “adventure bikes” were called “enduros.”

They say it’s not going to be a profit center. I think one day they’ll wake up and they’ll have the most robust electric car infrastructure in America. And a lot of non-Teslas that can use an electronic fill up. Ignoring that market would be a foolish business decision.

The point is this. Every year, energy becomes cleaner. So the electric car you buy today, becomes cleaner every year that it is on the road.

The tech is already there, according to a lot of reports. The commercialization of that tech will become much more noticeable in about three years.

Personally, my plan is a solar tile roof, and 50-100kWh of graphene battery or supercapacitor storage. Dow’s Powerhouse tiles were overpriced and underproductive, and maybe Tesla or a competitor will do better.

When those roofing tiles come down enough in price, cities can require them on all new construction. Benefit

He really is becoming a classic American industrialist. I think we used to have more guys like that.

My Uber drivers who used to drive both, say Uber has targeted incentives to make driving Lyft at the same time, unprofitable.

Aren’t company run unions a violation of the 1934 Labor Relations Act? And banned internationally under ILO Convention 98?

Well, yes. You have all of the same logistics and transport jobs as domestic manufacture for the finished product, plus some jobs at the docs.

1. But you don’t have all the logistics and transport jobs for shipping the parts, the raw materials to make the parts, etc.

2. You don’t have the subcontractor jobs
