Reset the “heated gaming moment” clock.

Tesla owner and Emmy nominee Burnie Burns

I own a pair of these. They’re pretty good for the price, though the headband is pretty tight.

It turns into SOLDAT.

The “uh ...where am I?” made me laugh more than I think it should have.

I’m 100% down for Space Vikings.

If it was going to be NoVA, I could see it being more out by Dulles. Closer to the data centers, probably? 28 will be extra boned, but I live in Tysons so that wouldn’t be so bad.

Right? Northern VA, DC, and MD are all on the list. If you think traffic is fucked here now...

No, Kovacs knows it’s virtuality because he recognizes the situation he’s loaded into. IIRC it’s on a planet called Sharya, which was part of an Envoy action he participated in.

I like it and I think I’ve found it (or something very similar looking) on BB. Quick question: do you have any pets or things that might want to jump on the shelves? I like it, but my cats might like it as another surface to jump to/from too.

Slack aside, this bit is completely correct:

And it’s in this post, I realize I have two different kinja accounts.

In the first few pages of Altered Carbon, Kovacs is the middle of a heist of some kind. His apartment gets SWATed and he gets killed. He wakes up sleeved in Ryker’s body. He has some dysphoria, but he’s an Envoy, so while he comments on the incongruities, he’s trained to handle waking up in Someone Else.

After the Altered Carbon trailer on Tuesday, I was talking with a friend about how I’ve been waiting for this since the mid 2000s. What a coincidence it comes out two days later!

I would be very interested in reading on this topic.

Jade Rabbit will still be exclusive /s

Completely uninformed opinion: That’s the big one for the NFL if it ends up being true.
