It's more the ham-fisted way they went about it. Here's Google's remarkably similar effort, which uses many of the same people but actually works their product into the commercial beyond just tacking on their name at the end.

I don't know anyone who takes the photos the day they get engaged. But yes, it is nice to have professional photos done while you're engaged. I look more like me in my engagement photos than I do in any of the wedding photos with the hair, dress, and serious makeup.

Agreed re: high neck dresses. Which is why I was so excited when the fit and flare dress trend hit - perfect for a hourglass shape! But alas, the vast majority of dresses in stores right now have a ample skirt stuck onto a bodice just like Lena's above. Where are my v-necks? Scoop necks? The girls must breathe!
