Titanfall sure, but I think this is much closer to the way of thinking behind BF4's dynamic map events. The 2 games are of course far from being the same but in that respect, I think Ghost measures up against Battlefield rather than Titanfall (especially since Ghost and BF4 are in a similar release period and

I read Portal 2 and my heart stopped for a moment... thank god it wasn't Portal 2... thank god it wasn't Portal 2... thank god it wasn't Portal 2... thank god it wasn't Portal 2... thank god it wasn't Portal 2... thank god it wasn't Portal 2...

Please inform yourself a bit more before taking a dump on talented people's work. It's not because you don't see the applications all this tech could have in games, as much graphically as gameplay wise, that they don't have any.

Path of Exile's strong suit isn't its graphics which are generic, somewhat cheap and lack in polish. They're not on par with D3's for sure.

Honestly I would be much more forgiving for this game if it wasn't sold 60$.

Quite possibly. Though the main difference here is that EA holds all the cards so they probably won't shoot themselves in the foot and manage to make the 2 coexist :D

I was dubious at first too but in the end, every DLC pack for BF3 was worth it and a real beast of its own. If they keep it up and amp it up, I'll be all for premium this time again.

I don't really see Battlefront being in competition with it... if anything I see Battlefront being in competition with Battlefield. And even then, with an alternate release schedule, they'd be rather complementary.

Aight full disclaimer: there's some fanboy in me, it's true; but even then that looked damn good. Say what you will about DICE, their trailers have always been a pleasure to watch and rewatch (to get the details).

The fact is we know very little about this situation. Maybe those leaks actually hurt the studio; and Colantonio is not PR, he's a dev in the first place... also this was a private mail, so maybe he was pissed at the time or maybe the press did ruin stuff for them. We don't know and I don't blame him for saying what

Don't state your opinion as fact, and maybe you'll actually amount to more than a basic troll :)

Well I still see all the AC trademark stealth stuff, which isn't exactly reassuring seeing how they never fixed it before. It works fine in their vid (as it should) but I'm sure when we'll get our hands on that, it's going to be a frustrating as hell stealth experience.

Already done, here's what it looks like:

You know you're not really invalidating what he said right? You just brought some proof that another phone breaks even more easily than the iphone. And with the size of the galaxy's screen, I'm not surprised ^^

They have estimates for the logistics of physical supply, depending on the game's development, its quality, its target demographic, its marketing, etc. But they don't KNOW. I've seen it a few times where I work. Sometimes the game will be an even bigger hit than expected, but sometimes it just won't catch on and a lot

He's not dead wrong although he did push it a bit by saying something along the lines of "physical will soon disappear entirely". It's going to become secondary, for sure, but it'll still be here. As for your points:

Just listened to the beginning of the culrpit show and I have to say I'm pretty disgusted.

I would like some sort of transfer of my BF3 stats over to BF4... just to keep track of things.

Or as a search and rescue tool :)

The only dazzling I disagree about are the frikkin supernova DICE is so keen to represent in most of their maps :P
