I don’t know why so many people can’t handle criticism of Fallout 4. It is a fun, Bethesda game with all that entails but it is the worst “Fallout” game in the series and not a great RPG in general. It takes almost all the choice and control out of hands and leaves you with a not great shooter in its place.

I don’t know why you’re getting so much hate. I mean, people should be allowed to voice their opinions on games regardless of whether they’re positive or negative - I got plenty of abuse for being negative about Battlefront for crying out loud.

The greatest thing I can say about Fallout 4 is that at least now I don’t look forward to the next Elder Scrolls game.

Why can’t it just be my opinion and how I feel about the game after having played it for 42 hours and found it wanting?

While the perspective change would be welcoming to long time Fallout fans, it wouldn’t save the game from its core gameplay shortcomings and mediocrity.

It’s not like any of the previous games core gameplay-wise. The overall spirit of the game is however very Rainbow Six with a slow, tactical, methodical, teamwork approach being the most effective way to play. It’s definitely the most fun 5v5 shooter I’ve ever played.

As an animator that works on games, this speech really resonated with me. It’s hard to look through all the hate speech from gamers, but knowing that you are making someone happy makes it worth it.

They’re running a business, not a public service. You buy what they choose to sell, not every piece of content they’ve ever created or worked on in a certain time frame, if you’re not happy with it then don’t buy it. Unless it’s something misleading I don’t believe we have any right to dictate what a developer does…

Loving Siege. Best multiplayer game I’ve played since Rainbow Six: Vegas 2. Even bought the season pass. Here’s hoping people still play when the DLC does come out.
