Tis the season for paying it forward.

@IamTheS: Agreed. I was slogging through Children of the Mind, and shit started getting weird. I mean outright weird. I mean, Evangelion-philosophy weird.

@Sugoi: I see where you are going with that, but if you want to measure it on some metric, the entire fight will be on what that metric is. An awards show's sole purpose is to recognize technical and artisitic merit. No one is ever going to agree on what that is, so it will always come down to a gut feeling.

@EmeraldStorm: "just a bunch of pandering interspersed with lame (and at times insulting) attempts at jokes"

@Windrummerboy: Not tournament focused? Great! It might actually be fun.

@shenmue2: Snarky internet troll makes sweeping decision for the rest of gaming community. More news at 8.

Wait a second. Kratos has already been whored out for Soul Caliber. What next, Kratos makes an appearance in Tekken? Street Fighter? Smash Bros?

Does it allow my unlicensed accessories now? I'm still pissed of about that...

"GT is about not getting into crashes, going slow into the corners and coming out fast."

This is a bad idea. A very bad idea.

The "scanning" tech was "used" in Kinect Joyride. You could pick up any object and use colors on it to give your car that color. Not all they advertised... but who cares about the skateboard? It's facing down on the pavement all the time!

@Irving94: You'll never know if you're that kinda game unless you try it once...

@wazups2x: I want to hear this too. Whhy?

@phantomlink: 1:1 refers to tracking a user's motions directly and translating that on screen verbatim, as opposed to using gesture activated actions. It has nothing to do with lag. 1:1 is being achieved here.

@DELICIOUS BUNNY: I could extend this theory to Call of Duty. I care less about the different guns. I don't care that an AK47 is this ghetto icon. I care more about the playing of the game. Same as driving games. It's about the driving, not the cars. I would rather play Mario Kart, one: because I like the way

@d0m: D0m wins. Fatality.

@zenneth: What I mean "about the cars" is pretty much what you said. You get a chance to drive cars you would only dream about. I find that extremely ancillary to the actual racing.

@zenneth: No, it shows my disdain for simulation driving games and the car culture that's obsessed with stupid status symbols like this.
