@DELICIOUS BUNNY: It's nothing like driving a sports car. It's closer to having a bunch of boxes under a sheet that you keep telling everyone is a sports car.

@Bellamy: #1: Find a TV mount and mount the Kinect at eye level. You'll get a few feet of tolerance from that.

I always wondered how the hell sports jocks filled time when they didn't have a multidimensional data source to pull some new statistic we never thought of, but is some how still relevant.

@Paradox me: X-w/TIE. Seriously. Those games were complete kludges back in the day. These days, they could do them justice.

This. Is why 3D will always only be a gimmick until we have free-space projected 3D images... and even then... are you going to play a game looking in on the action instead of from a traditional camera perspective?

Yeah, but these heroes already have pinball tables in reality... this could cause a crisis on at least one earth...

Super Kong? I can give you a better name than that.

@aemroth: I've actually been all over this principle question before. I've never seen principles do anyone any good except in the case of coincidence. A "stopped clock" kind of thing.

This doesn't Kinect with me.

@aemroth: My high horse is pointing out people with pointless principles. And no sir, I shall not dismount. :-)

Maybe you should specify the year which holds this particular Nov 24... just for clarity...

@aemroth: Are you saying we should try boycotting a game.... just to try it on?

Remember, don't feed the self-righteous boycotting trolls...

@InertGlasses: That's funny... Microsoft took on the task of standardizing so much for developers on the 360, like friends lists, achievements, live play...... but they stopped one step short at 3D support and told developers to do it themselves.

@Baraka_Obama: I had one ... of ... HEY HOW DID YOU GET MY GAMEBOY! I swear, that... right there... is my Game Boy, stickers ripped out of Nintendo Power and everything.

@NorthStar37: How do you fig? When I say the "Kinect Software", I'm not talking about the non-starter Kinect Dashboard. I'm talking about skeletal tracking, calibration systems, face recognition, on-the-fly identity tracking... I mean, great... he can see the depth cam. There are plenty of applications for that.

In Soviet Russia, typewriter types you.

@curly haired boy: Snark? I'm not sure what snark will do. It doesn't really change..... OOOOHHHH I see what you did there...
