I don't see how SCOTUS can even accept this case, given the previous half-assed ruling.

Just a reminder that the rationale for the Hobby Lobby decision was... in fact... the very existence two sheet form. SCOTUS reasoned that because of it, women would not be unduly burdened by their employers' "practice" of "religion."
There is no such thing as a family friendly detention center. There is no such thing as a generally friendly detention center. By fucking definition.
My (white) cousin is raising her mixed race child in Lexington fucking South Carolina. And, the kid's biological father is out of the picture and gave up rights, and the child was adopted by her (white) stepfather, and they have a new (white) kid on the way. NO ONE has a problem with this. Her adopted paternal…
Seriously. No controls for distance of dates, whether online daters are there *because* they have trouble navigating successful relationships, etc., etc.
That's not the right question — the question is how many people who seek relationships find relationships online versus offline?
I did not attend this wedding, but an old worker told me about hers.
Do these people even enjoy their weddings? I was very upfront with the vendors that I respected them as professionals and wanted them to use their judgment on most things, after making clear what was important to me (that people have a good, chill time). I read this entire thing in Garrison Keeler's voice. He gets all the accolades, she get's all the mockery, but it's the same damn thing.
Yes! More Christy Brinkley, less Christy Turlington.
Hahahaha.
There's a particular kind of "plain" Midwestern hipster boy that is extremely fucking attractive (says the native New Yorker), and I pictured Nick to be that kind of a guy. Especially since the flashbacks go back to the 90s — think the Weezer look, but better looking.
I forgot she's older than he is in the books. Okay, I'll take her, but he is definitely too old (and not nearly charismatic enough). I guess my issue with her is that she looks nothing like I imagined her. Pike is beautiful, but I pictured Amy as more universally and conventionally pretty.
I forgot she was older than he is!
It doesn't change the fact that half of their internal debate is dictated by superstition. I don't mean to be disrespectful — really — but if you frame the argument as "it's against my religion to allow widows to live after their husband's deaths", the absurdity of struggling with the issue on religious grounds…
