The right thing would be for her to interact with the people over whom she has power.

Nonsense. Melania has neither Imelda’s brains nor drive.
I’m bewildered by the argument of police organizations about the *privacy* aspects of being recorded at work.
I know, I know, it’s a relatively small thing, but that’s why it’s best not to take dig at people’s inherent appearances. You hit people who don’t deserve it, and presumably there are legit things to throw at people who do deserve it.
As someone with a small chin, let me assure you that it’s not related to any flaws in my character. But thanks for playing “what secondary physical characteristic over which people have no control can we use to judge character?”
His father has systematically destroyed his sense of self in order to sublimate Junior’s ego into his own.
It’s almost like she’s all surface, lacking in depth of understanding or wisdom.
Devil in the Grove by Gilbert King is a great book on the subject. Highly recommended, especially in conjunction with The New Jim Crow by Michelle Alexander.
Obviously anecdotal, but every man I know whose first sexual experience (generally around the age of 13) was with an adult woman haven’t been able to maintain stable relationships as adults.
Are you equally disturbed by Sanders reneging on his promises to release his tax records and run a clean campaign?
I was *very* positive about his candidacy, even though I decided pretty early on that I preferred HRC in the general. I mean, I always thought he was full of shit, but I didn’t think that was the salient point about his candidacy. I was *very* excited about his ability to mobilize young, leftist voters, and had high…

I always assumed Sanders was ego driven, rather than altruistically driven (‘cause I was a red diaper baby and know the type), but I didn’t realize how malignantly defiant he was until the whole “She’s not qualified” kerfuffle because…
From Josh Marshall:
I read a piece by a Hillary delegate on Daily Kos who was actually very sympathetic to the Bernie delegates because it was clear to her that they were getting terrible information about what was happening, whereas the Clinton campaign did a much better job of educating delegates about every step, from when to be…
I respect where you’re coming from, but I’m bewildered that anyone thinks the press should cover the non-newsworthy aspect of the story (i.e., people acting like adults).
Nope. Just the ones that find it difficult or impossible to abstain from habitual alcohol consumption during pregnancy. It’s a somewhat self-selecting group. Most women don’t have an issue shrugging their shoulders and forgoing alcohol for a few months, even if a cocktail would really hit the spot right now.
A) Correlation doesn’t equal causation, and
True! Doesn’t change the fact that there’s no known safe amount.
That’s an absurd comparison and you know it. Anyone who needs alcohol like they need transportation has a dependency issue.
